City bus

If you are planning an extensive visit to the city, park your car at one of the four large P+R grounds where P+R City shuttle buses operate to and from the city centre.

Parking is free. Bus transport for you and a maximum of four others is paid for in the bus. A return ticket is available at € 2.00. The City bus rides on days when shops are open, including during Sunday opening hours. There are large car parks at the Sontweg, the Peizerweg and Kardinge park & Ride.

The City bus also stops at the Zaanstraat car park. Buy your parking ticket on the grounds; your ticket is also the admission for the City bus.
